1. Do I need to have an account to place an order?

No, you can place an order using guest checkout without having an account. However, we strongly recommend making an account on our website to make your shopping experience fast and seamless. 

2. How do I know that my order is confirmed?

Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation mail which includes the order number.

3. Can I modify my order after placing it?

No, you cannot modify an order after placing it. We thrive to process and dispatch most of the orders within a short window, so we do not encourage modification of order details. However, please write us to care@shruum.in for further assistance.

4. Can I modify my address and phone number after placing an order?

Once your order has been placed, your address and phone number cannot be modified. From the time we receive an order, our products are shipped out within a very short window, and once dispatched, details like address and phone cannot be modified. This is to ensure timely and accurate delivery of your order

5. How can I track my order?

Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email along with order number and tracking details.

6. How long does it take for the order to arrive?

All domestic orders are processed between 1-2 business days. 

You can expect the order to be delivered within 2-4 business days. 

For remote locations which are difficult to access, the order may take between 4-6 business days.

7. How do I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

8. How can I replace my items?

All our products are non-exchangeable and non-returnable, unless damaged or defective. To replace damaged or defective items, write to us at care@shruum.in within 2 days of receiving the product (after which the product is not liable for exchange) within 2 days of the delivery date with the following details.

  • Order ID
  • Invoice Copy
  • Details of your request/Complaint
  • Clear images of the products received & label on the outside package to verify the details.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we currently don’t ship to countries outside India. However, we’re in the process of expanding across the international market

10. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option?

No, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.

Yes, all our products are free from Sulphates, Parabens, Silicones and other nasty ingredients

2. Have you tested your products on animals?

No, we don’t test our products on animals. We believe animals are smarter than humans!

3. Are you products Vegan?

Yes, all of our products are vegan

4. Why Mushroom in skincare?

Mushrooms have been used medicinally for centuries. They are commonly called ‘spirit medicine’. But they have only found their way into mainstream skincare products a few decades ago.

5. Why are your products fragrance free?

Most fragrance ingredients are derived from petroleum or natural raw materials. And more often than not they contain solvents, stabilizers, UV absorbers, preservatives, and dyes. Not only do these play havoc with your health but also lead to the waste of precious resources.

Inhaled and absorbed fragrances implicate both short as well as longer-term health problems. These include sore throat, runny nose, sinus congestion, wheezing, shortness of breath, nausea, muscle pain, asthmatic episodes, mental confusion, irritability, seizures, restlessness, agitation, depression sleepiness and much more! One study even claims that heavy perfume exposure during pregnancy can lead to learning disabilities and behaviour disorders in new-borns.

6. Are your products certified?

Yes. We are FDA approved, and our products are dermatologically tested. We take our costumer’s safety very seriously, and that pushes us to push the bar further. We are amongst a very few brands in India to achieve MadeSafe certification
